UCP 600: Operative as from 1st July 2007
A revised version has now been approved and is operational as from 2nd July 2007. The changes compared to UCP 500 are not substantial and refer mainly to interpretations and clearificatons of existing rules. Concequently we let UCP 500 remain on our website as is, but at request by clients/users, we will supplement with information regarding matters concerned.
Please observe that all new letters of credit now are governed by rules under UCP 600
